Job Dissatisfaction Has Grown

A new report from CareerBuilder.com titled "At Work 2003: Past, Present and Future" states that "nearly one-in-four workers say they are currently dissatisfied with their jobs. This is a 20 percent increase over 2001." Also according to the CareerBuilder.com report "Six-in-ten workers say they plan to leave their jobs for other pursuits in the next two years."
Although quitting your job is one way to deal with job dissatisfaction, that isn't always a feasible option. Financial obligations may keep you from forgoing your income or you may not have the experience you need to get a better job. Find out what to do when you want to say "Take this job and ..." but you can't.
