Anger at Work

We often hear of disgruntled workers killing or injuring their co-workers and bosses. Violence in the workplace is obviously a huge problem and must be dealt with. Violence begins with anger which has escalated into rage. Therefore, if we learn to deal with anger first, we can hopefully minimize violence in the work place.
