Before You Accept a Job Offer

When you get a job offer, especially if you've been looking for work for a while, you may be inclined to say yes without even thinking about it. Don't do it. Accepting a job offer means making a commitment -- both to yourself and to a new boss. If things don't work out, you'll have to start your job search all over again and your boss will have to look for someone to fill your position. That's why it's worth giving some serious thought to an offer before you accept it. Here are some questions you should ask yourself before you say yes to a new employer.
