Flextime

Tuesday September 27, 2005
Are you sitting in traffic or on a crowded train or bus commuting to work everyday? It could be because you're traveling to your job at the same time most people are traveling to theirs. Have you considered flextime? Flextime allows workers, with their employers' input, to choose the hours they work. Flextime also benefits those who need to be home when their chidren arrive from school or those who need to accompany an elderly relative to a weekly medical appointment. Employers benefit from flextime too. It can reduce overhead and allows coverage beyond the "normal" work day. Learn more about flextime.
