Being Professional When Sending Email

I get a lot of email each day. Some are personal and some are business related. I expect the email from my friends to be ... well ... friendly. Emoticons are fine. Fun email addresses are fine. However, when I receive business related messages, I expect them to be professional. That means no smilies and no cutsy email addresses. Here are other rules of etiquette you should use when sending work-related email.
