How to Make a Successful Career Change

Can you think of one place you would invest your time and money blindly? If you were buying a car, wouldn't you do a little research first to make sure the car got good mileage, handled well, and wouldn't wind up in the repair shop more often than it was on the road? Why then, do many people take choosing a career so lightly? Most jobs require that you prepare in some way, often by going to college. That's quite an investment of time and money. Follow these steps to making a successful career change.
