After working in the same field since graduation, you've decided to make a career change. You have many years of experience, just not in the field you now wish to enter. You're finding it difficult to convince an employer to take a chance on you, although you know you have the skills necessary to do a good job. What to do? What to do? How about an internship? Sure, internships are traditionally for students who need to gain experience before they enter the workforce.
