How to Get a Job

Many people wouldn't go the grocery store without a shopping list. Why is it then that some people begin looking for a job without having a plan? Preparing for your job search in advance will benefit you in a few ways. First you will find that having a plan makes your job search less stressful. You will also find that you perform better on job interviews. Finally, a well thought out job search will yield better results.
