When to Tell Your Boss You're Pregnant

Whether your pregnancy has brought a glow to your face or a greenish tinge, chances are no one will suspect anything for at least the first three months. The question is then, "should you share your news at work?" The answer is no. You shouldn't tell your boss, or your co-workers who may spill that information, until at least your second trimester. Find out why you should keep the news of your pregnancy to yourself for a while and how the Pregancy Discrimination Act protects you.
