It's very frustrating to see your colleagues rewarded unfairly. You know what I mean. Your co-worker compliments your boss on his tie and next thing you know she's moving into the office with a window. Of course it's not that simple. Even so, office politics can be very annoying. It seems like those who know the right thing to say go places at work, while those who simply work hard stay right where they are.
