How to Interview New Employees

You may have reached the point in your career where your boss has given you responsibility for hiring some new employees. "Ahh -- finally," you think to yourself with both a sigh of relief and appreciation of your new found power. "Now the tables are turned. I'm not the one sweating through job interviews." Before you get ahead of yourself here's something to think about. While you may not be in the hot seat while someone fires questions at you, the other side of the desk is not an easy place to be either.
