Health Services Manager: Career Brief

When we think of health care, we think mostly of doctors, nurses, and others who deliver medical care. However, behind all of those professionals is another group of professionals who make the delivery of health care possible. They are health services managers, often referred to as administrators. Health services management is an occupation the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor expects to grow faster than the average for all occupations through 2014.
