Following Your Own Yellow Brick Road

Dorothy had the yellow brick road, but what road map do you have to guide you toward your new career? Many people decide to change careers, figure out what they want to do next and then flounder about because they haven't planned how they will reach their goals. It's easy to get lost on your way to a new career path if you don't have a career action plan. A career action plan is a road map that takes you from choosing an occupation to becoming employed in that occupation to reaching your long-term career goals.
