Do You Have a Performance Review Coming Up?

Many employers conduct annual performance reviews of all their workers. A performance review gives you the opportunity to learn what you have done right and in what areas you can improve. It also presents you with a chance to let your boss know what you have been doing, work-wise, during the year.
