Glassdoor.com Employee Choice Awards Announced

If you want to know if a company is a good employer, who better to tell you than the people who work there? Glassdoor.com is based on this premise. It is is a community-based Web Site that lets people review and rate their employers. Glassdoor.com just announced the results of its own version of the People Choice Awards — the Employees' Choice Awards for Top 50 Best Places to Work.

Southwest Airlines is at the top of the list, followed at number two by last year's winner, General Mills. The CEO of each company on the list had an approval rating of over 50%. You can also see a list of Glassdoor.com's lowest rated companies. At the top of that list are Gibson Guitar and United Airlines.
