What to Do If You Are Laid Off

The media have been buzzing about a recession for awhile now. On Friday when the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that non-farm payroll employment dropped by 63,000 in February the buzz got even louder. Do we really need the media or economists to tell us that, whether or not we are in a true recession, people are struggling financially? Many are worried about losing their homes and their jobs.
