Disney Cast Members exhibit a level of professionalism that is, unfortunately, not exhibited by employees of many other companies. Most Disney employees truly seem to like their jobs too. That's something else you don't see too often. Walt Disney World Cast Members receive extensive training and must follow very detailed rules. This seems to agree with them.
If you think you would work well in this type of environment, you may want to consider a job at one of Disney's resorts. Or, you may want to consider Disney College, where you can earn college credits for your work experience. Having Disney listed on your resume is certainly a plus.
