Disney Jobs

Work in the Happiest Place on Earth

Each time I visit Walt Disney World in Florida, I am struck by the efficiency with which the resort is run. The parks and all the facilities are immaculate. The service in the hotels is great, and whether you are dining in a fast food eatery or in a fancy hotel restaurant, the food is generally top quality, and the staff (Cast Members in Disney speak) treats you very well.

Disney Cast Members exhibit a level of professionalism that is, unfortunately, not exhibited by employees of many other companies. Most Disney employees truly seem to like their jobs too. That's something else you don't see too often. Walt Disney World Cast Members receive extensive training and must follow very detailed rules. This seems to agree with them.

If you think you would work well in this type of environment, you may want to consider a job at one of Disney's resorts. Or, you may want to consider an internship through The Disney College Program, where you can earn college credits for your work experience. Having Disney listed on your resume is certainly a plus.
