One of the goals of the Stimulus Package, officially called the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, is to create millions of jobs. One of the ways it will do this is by calling on the U.S. government to invest money in four different areas of the economy. The stimulus package calls for investment in education, infrastructure, energy and health, creating many job openings in these areas. People coming from a variety of occupations will be able to fill these job openings. You may already have the qualifications to fill one of these jobs. If you don't you can get the proper training and education. It just depends on how much you want to, and can, put into training and education. This can involve anything ranging from on-the-job training to a graduate degree, depending on the occupation. Here are some of the occupations that are expected to see increased demand due to the Stimulus Package.
